Looking for an AI Business Coach Near Eltham? Coaching and Installing Are Different Jobs
If you have typed "AI business coach" into a search box, you may actually want a coach, a trainer or someone to build the system. They are three separate purchases.
For an AI business coach near Eltham, first decide whether you want coaching or a working system. Dean Keating, based in Horndean, Hampshire, does not run a course: he builds AI agents, installs them in your tools and trains your team, remotely. The first call is free on 07418 627304.
Want to talk this through for your own business? Message Dean on WhatsApp. Dean publishes eltham.co. This is his own service, not an independent recommendation or ranking.

Three things people mean by the same words
A coach talks through your business with you and leaves the doing to you. A trainer teaches you or your staff how to use AI tools. An installer builds the system and puts it in place so the work happens without you.
Mixing these up is the common mistake. An owner who wants fewer missed messages and books a coach ends up with a clearer plan and the same full inbox.
Two chairs, same problem
The directory lists 22 barbers and 28 hairdressers (10 October 2026). Picture the owner of either. They are standing behind a chair with their hands busy, and the phone buzzes with someone asking whether Saturday is free. If nobody answers for a while, that person tries the next place.
A coach would help you decide how to price a cut or whether to take on another chair. Useful, but it does not answer the Saturday message. A tool that replies, checks the diary and books the slot does. That is the job an installer does, and it is the work Dean Keating describes on his website: replying to new enquiries within minutes, day or night, and booking jobs into the diary.
What he offers and what he doesn't
He builds and installs AI agents, trains your team to use them and supports the setup. It is not a course, it is not a phone-answering service and it is not a chatbot you configure yourself. His website describes it as installed for you, not handed over.
He is based in Horndean, Hampshire, and works with Eltham and south-east London businesses remotely. He is not a local coach who can sit in your shop each week. If regular face-to-face coaching matters to you, look for someone based in the area, and say so on the first call so nobody wastes time.
What the first call gives you
The service has four steps: a free call, an audit of the work worth automating, the build and install, then training and support. At the end of the call you hold a plan that you can use with him or without him. Cost is given after that call, with no obligation.
If you already have a barber's or salon's booking app
The tools stay where they are. The point of the installation is to work inside the diary, inbox and messaging apps you already pay for, not to move you onto something new. Browse the barbers listed on this site.
